Interview Rounds

Amazon follows four interview rounds, including an initial coding test focused on Data Structures and Algorithms.  The first round assesses HR and Computer Science theory, while the following three rounds concentrate solely on DS/Algo.

The recruiter provides feedback to the candidate after these rounds, taking into account their leadership principles and technical skills.

The recruiter provides feedback to the candidate after these rounds, taking Once both the candidate and the team are comfortable and ready to proceed, 

Interview Rounds

HR Round (1 Round)

 In this round, candidates are asked computer science theory and behavioral questions. These may include inquiries about their previous work experience and any conflicts they have encountered with colleagues or managers.

Data Structures and Algorithms Rounds (3 Rounds)

Candidates are presented with DS/Algo problems in these rounds, where they may be expected to provide production-ready code.

There is a possibility of encountering minor behavioral questions as well.  The problems range from easy to difficult, but they are not the sole determining factor for the final offer.
